Involved in the new model development process from planning and early stage of designing to the final production of model. Handled full model and minor change product development. Handled the management approval for necessary budget planning and facilitation to ensure smooth development of product Preparation of Master time plan and monitoring the same through conducting reviewsTracking unique parts VOB, TKO & MRD status as per the timelineIdentify potential Risks for the program; prepare Risk Mitigation Plan to mitigate the risk and monitor the plan frequently to eradicate the risks identified. Monitor and track Project Expenses as approved in the Business Case through Project Cost management. Monitoring the day wise build schedule at each of the build phases of the program and ensure the build as per the planConduct Phase reviews & Gate Reviews & sign off with Cross Functional Team & get the approval from Senior Leadership Team.

o Planning, Ordering & Procurement of Parts for Production trials as per the Engineering requiremento Responsible for project planning / Scheduling, conducting pre-series, production trials, resource planning. o Responsible for RFQ document preparation, initiating tendering process for assembly jigs and equipment’s, conducting negotiation meeting & ordering to a selected party as per MSIL legal compliance. o Coordinating in development and movement of inhouse machining parts. o Hand on experience in Vehicle, Engine and Transmission build sequence as per the standardized operating procedures. o Ensuring timely availability of Parts, project planning, execution and monitoring of projects for development of various aggregates for Proto Build.o Arrangement of man-power and resources for Proto trial viz. actual build, parts handling special tools, jigs etco Preparation of necessary documentations for the trial like station wise part list and check sheets. o Ensuring Engine & Transmission build as per the drawings and specification. Notifying concerned agencies in case of a discrepancy and align work progress along with counter measures. o Responsible for verifying process and resolving the issues during proto building along with concerned agencies. o Conducting Review with all concerned Engg and Testing depts. to discuss the quality issueso Planning and monitoring yearly budget (capital and revenue) for the projects
