DS lead for the relevance division of personalisation and core experience team

-Responsible for making Lite mobile web, the flagship mobile web experience of LinkedIn by meeting the metrics targets by fixing tracking and member-facing bugs. i.e. +$6M annual revenue, +1.4% App activations, +0.5% FUV among other metric wins -Improved event attendees by 40% and event contributions by 42% by improving the relevance algorithms to match online events with their attendees and thus making LinkedIn the #3 player in online events space. Implemented alternate scalable approach for experimenting on units (Events and Groups) other than members -Developed a framework for accessing Group content performance and increasing Groups contributions by 40% without any impact to ecosystem metrics and prevented focussing on the wrong problem of relevance improvements -Responsible for defining tracking elements, metrics alignment with stakeholders, metrics logic, reliability, availability and metric deep dives(including impact assessment of upcoming features) of all these 3 products listed above. No metric drop >2% went unaccounted. ETL using internal tools -Technical lead for Data Science-Product Analytics, India and guided 4 other DS on their metric and productivity goals -India PoC for experimentation in LinkedIn and conducted multiple sessions. Analysed at least 100+ experiments each year -Identified the root cause of at least 3 GCNs preventing members from accessing the site and reporting incorrect metrics -Received multiple awards including the Quarterly Nail[in]it and monthly Captain marvel awards

Research and Development:- Client Service : Started working Onsite to drive better conversations and quick turnaround. Individual Ownership on tasks/projects (involved right from sizing the project to measuring the impact of the changes implemented) and also responsible for helping out the freshers on their projects. Worked directly with the top level management on high impact projects.-Experimentation (Design and Analysis)-Causal Inference-Regression models-Pricing Analysis to change the price of the existing products-Impacts both in terms of increasing monetary value and improving member experience

Been a part of the Environmental Modeling Group of Kiel University.
