Hey, I’m Kishore, a serial entrepreneur and visionary leader with a passion for driving innovation and digital transformation. I’ve had the privilege of founding two companies and launching three global products that have made an impact across industries. I’m the founder of FintechGie, a product-based company, and WeGeni Pvt Ltd, a service-based company, both of which are dedicated to providing tech solutions, strategic innovation, and transformational digital services.2019 was a pivotal year for me when I founded FintechGie, a company that quickly became known for its digital transformation strategies underpinned by design thinking and operational excellence. I led the products division, where we pushed the boundaries of technology with forward-thinking solutions. At FintechGie, I led the development of some groundbreaking products, including:Qifi (2020) – A holistic wellness app focusing on overall well-being,Interviewo (2021) – A skill development app aimed at enhancing professional growth,Young Chanakya (2023) – An initiative designed to nurture entrepreneurial and business skills among India’s youth, helping to shape the next generation of leaders.In 2024, I founded WeGeni Pvt Ltd, a company focused on delivering service-based solutions that continue to redefine industry standards.As the CEO, I’ve driven the transformation of both products and services, helping our business outperform the market and gain a significant competitive advantage. Beyond product development, I’ve also had the opportunity to serve as a Digital Strategy Consultant for over 20 companies, advising them on leveraging technology to drive growth and achieve operational excellence.My passion for nurturing future leaders has been a driving force behind my work, particularly with Young Chanakya, where we are creating a platform to instill entrepreneurial thinking in students. I also run an innovation and incubation center at Sri Shanmugha Educational Institutions, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship in schools and colleges across the region.I’ve completed Harvard Business courses and conducted extensive research in marketing, psychology, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web 3.0, and Industry 4.0.With each project and venture, my goal is to challenge norms and drive innovation, shaping the future of digital transformation, product development, and entrepreneurial education in India and beyond.
