My Pervious role consists of:-Dealing individually with direct Buyer Noppies.-Negotiate costing, Deliveries, bulk approval process, Product Development, sales samples clarification, trims related issue.-To work with different facilities for bulk allocated styles.-To co-ordinate with domestic suppliers (Tirupur) for better clarity on issues like, Pricing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Deliveries, Import fabrics issue.-Handling 10 different factories at the same time.with in regards to deliveries, orders and samples.-To allocate the bulk orders to different production units/ facilities.-To discuss product call outs with inter department and suppliers for making product more production feasible -To provide T&A to buyers for PD as Well as Bulk Production.-Strong follow-up with job workers and Buyers for different submissions and approvals.-To achieve the organization goals with in provide T&A to Buyers.

As the Merchandiser below are my responsibilities. Development:(fabric ordering/trims ordering/sampling cost sheet / sampling weekly plan / commitment to TOMMY HILFIGER-till sample dispatch).• Review the tech pack with completely and ask for clarification if required.• Once everything is freezed..i will order the development fabric / trims.• Create the sampling cost sheet & responsible for to get approval & will submit to BI.• Lab dip follow up / print follow up -and I am responsible for to make all things are correct in development as per buyer requirement.• Regular follow-up with sourcing team to get fabric inhouse date & squeeze the date if required • Sample follow up/print follow up / embro follow up / handwork follow-up.Bulk: ( fit sample / lab dip / pp sample till releasing RND folder/bulk lot approval/shade band approval) + Proto Sample,Fit Sample,PP sample( ordering fabric / trims till dispatch).• Purchase order will be circulated to inter related departments.• Lab dip request to our sourcing team & follow up ,till all lab dip got approved.• Artwork request to our print/emb/handover & follow up, till all artwork got approved.• Ordering the fabric & trims for PP sample and for bulk.• PP sample follow up till its get approved within time period as PER given TNA.( fabric/ trims / print -all follow-ups)• Daily tracking the status of the bulk.• Preparing the RND folder & release the RND folder with all approved trim card/PP sample / fit sample / Po sheet within time period as per TNA.• Coordinate with buyer QA to offer the ready sample /bulk lot / shade band /FPT/GPT .•Day today communication with Li n fung(Tommy) in order to clarification if any / status discussion & updates / sending sample dispatch details.•Allocating the time for the final inspection and on the other hand documentation will be taken care, and once the goods are passed will dispatch the goods from factory.
