Network security administrator for EMEA : • Create, manage firewall rules/policies for various regions in EMEA. • OS upgrade on Checkpoint and Fortigate devices • Run pre-compilation checks and provide GO/NoGO • Perform DIAG troubleshooting for firewall connectivity issues reported by customersZscaler administrator : • Zscaler Internet access (ZIA) administration which includes audit and control of user permissions, Remote Assistance Management, Access Control (Web and Mobile), Authentication Configuration, SSL Inspection and Policy control. • Create, manage, schedule bandwidth reports, insights access, Web and Cloud Firewall Policy types, Utilize the available tools to troubleshoot the ZIA platform. • Configure Bandwidth Control and Nanolog Streaming Service (NSS for live logs). • Perform DIAG troubleshooting for Zscaler policy/access related incidents. • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings to discuss optimization of security policies.SecOps : • Create, manage firewall rules/policies for Automotive agency • Perform DIAG troubleshooting for firewall connectivity issues from customers • Formulate SOPs for change management on internal operations such as firewall rule clean-up
