Responsible for Electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.Responsible for ISI Related Test Clearance of products at Govt Approved Laboratories such as CPRI (Bengaluru), ERDA (Vadodara, Gujarat).Ensuring all works are carried out as per (IS/IEC and ISO standards) the approved method of statement and drawings.Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non-Conformance etc.Ensure that all equipment’s used are calibrated and with valid certificates.Categorizing customer requirements and designing the products as per the requirements.Co-ordination with client's representative regarding planning & design review.Preparation and Coordination in the implementation of QA/QC programs.Designing and conducting tests on the products.Recording, Analyzing and interpreting test data.Responsible for servicing and maintenance of equipment’s.Propose modifications and retesting the products.Qualifying the final product or system.Preparing product document and giving presentations.Monitoring products in use to improve on future design.Keeping in line with the latest developments and technology.Internal Auditing, Verification of quality records.Identifying training needs of personnel and provide training on Products & it’s working, Quality Management & Maintain Training Records.To conduct regular internal Audits for different departments to ensure that the organization is fulfilling the requirement of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 Standards.
