MONTHLY SALES TARGETS:• Monthly Production Planning based on customer’s schedules & priorities.• Secure price increase to compensate for the inflation.DEBTORS, INVENTORY & RECEIVABLES:• Constant coordination with customers to ensure payment release within due date.• Regular review & actions on the inventories at various stages. • Ensure that none of the receivables goes beyond 90 days from the due date.• Provisions for non-moving inventory & bad-debts to be maintained Zero.• Preparing a working sheet for Supplementary/Debit. Submitting to the customer and collecting payment.NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:• Submission of offer proposal & finalizing the RFQs.• Coordination with Manufacturing engineering, tooling and design & development for costing.
