The Learning Partnership (LP) acts as an intermediary project management function between funding bodies such as SFA / YPLA, DWP, ESF, Local Autorities, etc. and various training providers, brining together funding available for a diverse range of projects to providers who deliver various local, community and regional programmes. Seetec are a nationally recognised service delivery provider for government funded provisions. As Consultant, I was responsible for heading up the Response to Redundancy programme, which was funded by LSC (Learning Skills Council – now SFA) and ESF, in the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas and delivering key elements of the programme such as presentations on confidence building and motivation, job search and CV building.I managed a caseload of 100+ clients across 3 sites - Bedford, Luton and Watford. I established and maintained a close relationship with DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) in areas such as (but not limited to) Hertford, Watford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Bedford and St Albans in view of business development.I was responsible for tailoring structured programmes for each eligible individual in view of entering them into sustainable employment or volunteering whilst observing funder compliance. This also included procuring a diverse range of courses from legitimate providers and negotiating rates.

I also managed bonds, large accounts (premier, international and business), and smaller personal accounts while undertaking various day-to-day responsibilities such as daily audits, customer account reviews, selling Insurance, loan and various other financial products. During my time here I undertook various courses including MCOBs, ICOBs and Various legistative courses such as DPA, etc.
