As a Growth Manager Intern at KaroStartup since August 2021, I have gained valuable experience in driving user acquisition and retention through various growth strategies. In my role, I am responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and developing tactics to optimize marketing campaigns. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering to launch new features aimed at increasing our user base. Through this internship, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of data-driven decision making in achieving company goals.

As the Founder of my own startup in Youth Entrepreneurship during my first semester of college, I gained valuable experience in business processes and government regulations. Through this role, I developed a strong understanding of marketing management and sales strategies to promote our products. Additionally, I served as a PHP developer to create and maintain our website. As the business grew, we expanded from onsite sales to wholesale distribution through partnerships with retailers such as Rapaj Terracotta Provider. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

In December 2015, I started SagunText, an ed-tech startup with a vision to provide innovative content for students to learn. 🤓 I wanted to provide students with the best learning experience through an interactive platform. 🤩However, despite my best efforts, I was unable to raise the necessary resources and investor funding to make the project successful. 💔 As a result, I had to shut down the project in 2017. 📉It was a difficult time for me, but I learnt valuable lessons, such as the importance of networking, having the right resources and investor support to make a project successful. 💡 I am now looking forward to the future and am open to new opportunities. 🤝🤗
