Heading the Overall P&L for East & Central Region for the Mobile Division within Microsoft, following the Nokia acquisition.

In this role, I reported to the MD - India & had the overall P&L responsibility for East India (Annual business ~$700 Mn) across Smartphones, Feature Phones and accessories. My direct reports formed the Regional Management Team - comprising leaders of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Logistics and Care & Channels like Nokia Priority Retail, Enterprise Sales, Online & Organized Trade. With an extended team of over 5000 people, East Region was the best performing region across each year in the stint, with higher shares than rest of the country across price bands.
