Hair Care - Making Department:• worked with projects and start-ups teams on the Conditioner and Oil-Replacement department.• Created, and modified 52 weeks maintenance plans: Electrical and Mechanical.• Developed standard operating procedures and document workflows. • Led and Trained team of 6 support staff per shift by prioritizing tasks. • Managed spare parts inventory.

* Utilities Department.- worked with the QA, QC, and the HS&E departments: prepared and issued IQ's\OQ's\PQ's, SOP's, and JSA's\JSP's for the new equipments and devices. - Planned, scheduled, and helped of execution the 52 weeks maintenance plan.Responsibilities covered:- Water treatment systems; RO's, DI Units, Ozone Units. - Steam system; Softeners, Boilers. - Iced Water systems; Chillers. Air handling units.- Compressed Air System; Air Compressors, Air Driers, Air Receivers, Water traps and auto drains. - Power system (SF6, Trans, Substations, MCC's, Control Panels) and the Fire Protection system.

- Troubleshooting. - worked with the startup team for a unique pasteurization unit manufactured by APV and Tetra Pak; responsible of wiring, commissioning, qualifications. Other responsibilities: MCC's, Filling lines, Steam Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors and Driers.
