Min karriere startede hos Google ETO i København som account manager, hvor jeg vejledte danske virksomheder i annoncering på Google. Hen til slutningen vejledte jeg bureauer i korrekt brug af Google Ads.Efter min tid hos Google blev jeg headhuntet til Kolding, hvor jeg arbejdede i 5 år, herunder 4 år som partner og 1 år som marketingchef. Under mit arbejde hos River Online har jeg bl.a. arbejdet for store danske og udenlandske brands og radiovirksomheder og deres online annoncering. I perioden har jeg bl.a. også undervist på IBC Kolding i Google Ads og Google Analytics. I min tid hos River Online har jeg administreret over budgetter i millionklassen for danske virksomheder.I 2020 kom jeg til Australian Bodycare og besad stillingen International Head of E-commerce, hvor jeg havde ansvar for annoncering og performance på digitale kanaler, men også på drift og vedligeholdelse af Amazon kanalen som er en stor salgsplatform for Australian Bodycare brandet. Hos Australian Bodycare har jeg været over ekspansionen på e-commerce til følgende lande: Tyskland, Holland, Norge, Østrig, Polen, Tjekkiet. Language barriers were also a hurdle, however, with the implementation of a new advanced AI-based solution we found a way to serve our diverse international audience.- Results: Orders from our own store were generally bigger and we saw more sales of our exclusive products. We expanded our reach to 31 countries and saw sales in countries with no previous sales history. Within the first week of launch, we saw a massive potential and our budget targets 12 months after the initial launch are now 10 times higher we anticipated.- Highlights: Sold our products directly to consumer in 31 different countries within the first 12 months of launching our new International Shopify Store without the use of external sales or agency marketing consultants.Successfully re-launched and re-defined the Hoppekids brand on Amazon- Goals: Increased sales and better product presentation and catalogue cleanup. Launch of additional markets: FR, ES, IT, UK.-My Role: Main project lead, handling everything from product creation, creatives, descriptions, advertising, customer service.-Challenges: Even for experienced Amazon sellers, Amazon is always janky to work with due to technical complexity. Being very review-driven, selling exclusive high-quality children's furniture can be a long process.-Results: Within 12 months, I increased the sales by +1400% compared to previous year.
