• To provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
• Responsible for supporting named Account Directors in securing revenue growth on Major and Managed Accounts
• Promote close customer relations ensuring the development of further opportunities for the business to grow
• To protect the attrition rate of named accounts and take ownership of specific contract renewals
• Ensure the issue of accurate and timely quotations and proposals
• To be the single point of contact for accounts and act as a conduit into the Phoenix organisation
