I interfaced with the community and developed public awareness strategies to boost participation in Solar Urbana-Champaign, a group purchasing program for commercial and residential solar panels. My responsibilities included writing and scheduling online press releases, conducting targeted business and residential community outreach through print.

I was trusted to handle the transit of high-value vehicles and to ensure customer service interactions were concluded to customers’ expectations. I occasionally directed the porter team on improvement projects around the workplace, and identified employee safety concerns and worked with management to resolve them.

I was responsible for service transactions including repair orders and invoices amounting to a daily average of roughly $60,000. While working this position, I gained direct customer service experience and developed customer interaction skills.
