1. Managing and processing the monthly main payroll for 1800+ salaried employees (both part-time and full-time) through SAP payroll system and Kronos timekeeping system.o Consolidating payroll document for managers’ approval while using Microsoft Excel to check and verify the accuracy of calculation.o Coordinating with staff to ensure that all payroll records were kept up-to-date.o Updating and verifying payroll records including salaries, promotions and deductions, sick leave, statutory leave pays, maternity/paternity leave pay2. Meeting all internal and statutory obligations in a timely manner.o Handling both full time and part time leavers’ final payment and ensuring they are paid on time under Employment ordinance.o Conducting audits of tax returns and ensured all required forms are accurately completed and submitted to relevant authorities.3. Supporting the integration of SAP and Kronos systems and supporting UAT to maintain the system so that the payroll can meet any modifications of the Employment Ordinance, such as, changes of maternity/paternity leave, calculation of work injury compensation.4. Handling monthly Mandatory Provident Fund payment and enrollment under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.5. Assisting the manager in preparing pay increases and bonuses.6. Preparing payroll reports for the government department to obtain funding.7. Coordinating the administrative tasks associated with departures, and contract changes, including processing payroll and benefits information.
