• Worked closely with a project manager and design principal on the design, coordination, and documentation of a 21-acre site for a multi-building medical campus located in San Diego, CA, which included leading a weekly design collaboration meeting of landscape architects, civil engineers, contractors, and SMEP engineers.• Coordinated and documented a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-building medical campus, ensuring code compliance for fire access, egress, parking counts, building heights, construction phasing, planting, site grading and drainage, and biofiltration (BMP).• Managed BIM coordination of multiple Revit models between civil engineers, SMEP engineers, and architects. • Contributed to the design and production of construction documents for a pedestrian access and utility bridge that connected a central utility plant and main hospital building.• Contributed to the interior design of a 200,000 SF Medical Office Building.• Aided in the planning and design of a 440,000 SF parking structure containing 1,200 parking spaces.• Directed a team of professional render artists to produce a series of photorealistic renders for client use.• Trained new designers in Revit and Enscape.• Thrived in a fast-paced environment adhering to tight turnaround times and deadlines.
