- Handle in local and overseas accounts for customer support.-Coordinate with China/South Africa counterparts and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.-Work with Account Manager in planning, coordinating and liaising with clients and contractors in the company manufacturing expansion projects in Asia which focus on Fashion-brand adhesive materials, automated retails tag, specialty tapes, woven labels, packaging items and fasteners.- Work with suppliers to complete the customer request and orders.- Prepare reports to AM to analyze the sales trends, inventory level, number of customers' complaints against a sales team to work out certain business development strategies.- Logistic arrangement as per customer requests.
