KTP is the main Consultants.Scope: Study preliminary building structure schemes, review building lateral performance (e.g. mode shape, natural frequency, core participation, drifting, etc) and perform detailed structure design for BCA ST submission. Liaise with the architect and M&E consultants to ensure that the structure has been catered for the provision. Parc Clematis, Singapore Proposed residential development comprising of 9 blocks of 24-storey residential flats, 6 units of 2-storey strata bungalows and 12 units of 2-storey strata terrace houses with basement carpark and swimming pool at Clementi Avenue 6. KTP is the main Consultants.Scope: Involved in studying the building lateral performance and designing of the building Transfer floor supporting 23-storey floor loads. Prepare structure drawings for BCA ST submission.Contract T312, Singapore Construction of Sungei Bedok Station and Tunnels for Thomson-East Coast Line. Addition and Alteration Scope: Carry out independent Accredited Checks on main QP’s ST submission drawings. Monitor, liaise and make adjustment with the QP consultants on the AC submission schedule. Address any design insufficiency / local code incompliance to the QP consultants.

Factory Extension, SingaporeNew erection of structural steel factory and addition of structural steel mezzanine deck to existing factory. TCP is the one-stop architectural & civil/structural consultants. The project was completed in 2017. Scope: Study, design and prepare both architecture and structure drawings for authority submission & approval. Establish the structural system, framing and detailed steel member & connection design. Lead the project from DC stage until CSC.
