•Designing and Implementing Virtual Private Clouds (computes & storage ) With different configurations e.g Dual Homing (LACP).•Virtualization with clustered Compute Pools with orchestration and not limited to (Vmware , Citrix , Proxmox ).•Designing and Implementing MPLS networks ( Client on-premise - Angani Cloud)•SD-WAN configuration, troubleshooting for Angani clients.•Server Operating System Administration (Linux Distributions & Windows)•Troubleshooting and resolving Network related issues arising from relevant monitoring tools. •Layer 3 & 2 configurations and troubleshooting on Routers/Firewall (Juniper MX/SRX, Mikrotiks,Cisco ASA,Fortnet, pfsense, sophos). Switches(Cisco, UBNT,Dell,Juniper, Brocade).•installation and Configuring Network Shared Storage or use of NFS service on linux distribution with Replication.• Installation and maintenance of Back up solutions.•Server HW/SW configuration.

•Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate network i.e Switches, Routers, Wireless Points.•Install and implement network physical connections i.e. wall cabinets and physical cabling.•Install and integrate new server hardware and software applications ensuring network security and connectivity.•Consolidate hardware for higher capacity utilization, increase performance for a competitive edge on physical server boxes through Server Virtualization using ESXi hypervisor 6.5.•ESXi hypervisor 6.5 installation on physical servers and creating virtual servers, virtual switches, port-groups, Virtual Machines.•Providing centralized management of vSphere virtual infrastructure to ensure security and availability, simplify day-to-day tasks, and reduce the complexity of managing virtual infrastructure from administrator’s point of view using VMware vCenter Server.•Installing, and maintain Linux Distributions both Debian (Ubuntu, knoppix) and Redhat (Centos , Fedora).•Configuring of Server based Applications for in-house Developers IP-tables, Apache, PHP, My-SQL, MariaDB, Tomcat, Java etc on Ubuntu server and CentOS Versions.•Installing, and maintain Windows server 2012 r2 services i.e. DHCP, Active Domain Controller and File/Printer Server Sharing.•Configuring, maintaining of PDSl Data Back-up Platform using synology NAS DSM technology.•Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Elastix version 5 phone system with SIP (VoIP) and E1 lines with call center capabilities.•Configuring Neogate to route calls to Elastix server from GSM, E1 line to Elastix server.•Design and maintain Data-Center equipment growth and establishing a network monitoring tool (Zabbix) for evaluating performance, availability, utilization, throughput and latency on HQ and DR site.•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities etc.

 Troubleshooting BG, inter-Vlan connections between Mtn network and client’s network.  Conducting remote troubleshooting assistance to engineers/clients by providing backup support at the NOC to the network engineers/clients in case of crisis. Monitoring all network devices and BTS’s, Routers, to ensure there’s no outage, errors, or packet loss using Solar Winds tool. Perform routine server and system checks and conducting back up. Identify and solve or advise, on any issues affecting customer links.
