Having shifted from prepress work, I've moved into a more administrative role at DesignElement. I currently handle onboarding, accounting, and day-to-day organization of the business' frontend.

Job duties:• Checking all paperwork submitted by sales representatives for errors, installation and trip fees, applicable rush fees, or incorrect product specifications• Preparing all files marked for in-house production for their respective manufacturing processes• Keeping commonly used materials in stock at all times by working with a variety of vendors• Utilizing CoreBridge, ClickUp, and email to maintain a consistent level of communication between the design, production, and install teamsDuring my time in this position, I have:• Organized a daily production meeting to ensure our team is working to their highest potential in meeting client deadlines and quality expectations• Created a prepress manual for the purpose of training others (available for viewing in my links and files section)• Implemented a staggered-due date and production system to allow our production team to meet deadlines for large-scale projects (ie, apartment complex signage and safety & office building rebranding)• Engineered a color match library system to keep approved client brand colors on file and at hand for future projects

Independently submitting short & novel length fiction to multiple venues.

· Creating unique and helpful content geared toward writers about writing.· Posting first-draft short fiction.· Keeping open lines of communication with readers by answering questions and providing encouragement.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assessing and delegating tasks, selling and repairing computers, tablets, and printers. Working closely with clients and management to provide the best possible customer experience and to ensure the customer’s return.
