My core areas are Program Advisory, Project management and Construction delivery.I was the PM business leader for Coffey's NSW, QLD, and ACT teams looking after the managers responsible for all projects. I worked in in Education, Health, Communities and Defence primarily. I also have a hands-on role as a Project Director working on key projects.I spent a period working with Auric Projects as an Associate Director on a variety of residential and commercial projects.I previously worked with Pacific Link Housing, a Profit for Purpose Charity, to increase their housing portfolio through the construction of new housing. In two years I managed Pacific Link’s investment in construction from zero to almost $30 Million worth of development projects.I am on the Boards of the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music and Coast Shelter, a homelessness NFP on the Central Coast. I was formerly on the Board of the Gosford and Erina Coastal Chamber of Commerce, a local Not For Profit Company where I pushed to get Gosford greater recognition as a Regional Capital. I have also worked with NSW State Government at the Department of Land and Property and later with the Department of Planning. My main project there was the $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment of Gosford Waterfront.
