- Writing advertisements for live vacancies, and marketing these adverts on a range of online advertising platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, direct emails and internal advertisements. - Sourcing CVs, and qualifying candidates’ information against the clients’ job description, and personal specification. - Contacting candidates and validating their CV credentials against the job requirements, overcoming any objections the candidates may have, and agreeing on a salary before being submitted to the vacancy. - Keeping our internal CRM database up to date, by adding notes of any conversations had, adding any details of the candidates’ specific requirements, and tracking the call reason code correctly on CRM to maintain records.- Passing on positive and negative feedback in a professional manner, both verbally and via email, based on candidates’ preferred communication method.- Negotiating with clients on the salaries being offered for their requirements, benchmarking this against competitors, and the associated fees for recruitment services.- Liaising between the client and the candidates to book interviews, assist through the interview process, help with travel arrangements where needed, and keep in touch throughout their placement.- Account Management experience- Experience of blue and white collar automotive recruitment, as well as some experience with IT and Cyber Security recruitment through automotive clients, and game development recruitment through both Defence and Gaming recruitment.
