Prior to his executive search career Kit was an entrepreneur, having started, run and sold two successful Business Process Outsourcing companies: Hispanic Teleservices Corp (HTC) and Granada Corp. Kit grew HTC to over 3,000 employees and successfully sold the company to The Carlyle Group. In recognition of his team’s accomplishments, Kit received the Ernst & Young 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Business Services. Kit is also the founder of the CEOExperienceSeries.com, where he interviews accomplished business leaders as they share their battle-hardened perspectives and practices with others. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, human capital and private equity and has spoken on the topics for YPO, SXSW and been a guest lecturer at MBA programs such as UCLA, USC, Pepperdine and Rice University. Kit holds a BA in History from UCLA and a MBA from Georgetown University.
