My responsibilities were:• Communicate with clients from the start to launch. I determine the requirements of clients for the site, send daily updates at work, or organize weekly follow-ups;• Together with the BA team, I collect project requirements based on which I create a Project Charter, plan tasks and timeline by Jira and other planning tools;• Control the completion of tasks on time, approve the designlayouts, communicate daily with the team, finding out if everything is going according to plan;• Actively participate and supervise the deployment process;• Conduct post-closing project reviews.

My responsibilities as an Account Manager are:- collect statistics on playing of poker bots & give advice for partners, on how to make our work more effective;- organize tech-support & dev department work (give them tasks to organize work with clients, control the deadlines);- gather the team to install our AI & teach partner's team, how to use it, offer the best ways to expand partner's business;- monitor bot's work, write bug reports (Jira) & fix easy bugs;- organize Zoom-meetings with partners;- take part in writing technical documentation.
