These include dental hygiene products, hair care products, feminine care products, and skincare products.I was in charge of market research, marketing content creation, influencer management, social media management, and customer service within the Oia Skin brand under 2359 Inc.I used e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and connected applications such as Gempages, Klayvio, and Deliverr to manage customer orders and shipping, edit and publish the Oia Skin website, and send CRM (Customer Relationship Management) emails. I directly contacted and communicated with influencers as well as set up an affiliates page to increase brand awareness and source user-generated content.

Working in the I-HOUSE dormitory administration office on campus, I performed administrative tasks such as organizing documents, processing check-ins and check-outs, and responding to the various needs and inquiries of dormitory residents.I-HOUSE dormitories mostly accommodate exchange students and foreigners. I was able to utilize my English language skills in communicating with dormitory residents and doing translation work for documents, announcements, and bulletin posts.I managed and organized data on dormitory residents, such as personal information and repair inquiries, using Excel.
