The company is part of the SBER Group.I took an active part in the creation and development of the Project Office as a control and coordinating body of the company.In the area of ​​responsibility:- Organization of interaction between structural units: incl. development of approaches, their piloting and implementation;- Implementation of the practices of the project office in terms of the company's project activities;- Management of key-projects and strategic initiatives for the development of the company (standard set of measures for initiation, planning and implementation).In the course of work in the company, the following results were achieved:- A combined approach to development management has been developed and integrated (classical project management for correct management accounting in combination with agile-methodologies for conducting project / product development);- Developed and integrated into the activities of the company the processes of interaction between departments: commercial, financial, software development, customer service;- Measures were taken to implement System of project managment in the company's activities (including measures to analyze market solutions for compliance with the company's strategic goals, collection and formalization of requirements);- An adapted concept for introducing a risk management culture into the company's activities was developed (in accordance with the policies of the SBER Group);- As a project manager successfully completed some commercial projects (including jointly with the SberBank).
