• Confer with customers collecting Unemployment Insurance benefits to provide information about eligibility and requirements based on Unemployment Insurance Law • Introduce resources and services offered by Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions under NYS DOL• Conduct orientation and workshops such as resume building, interviewing technique, and career development to assist customer with job search • Match training opportunities with customers for additional skills and credentials and provide them with job leads• Maintain records of customer interactions, document details of interviews, identify barriers for work• Volunteer at State organized career fair
