I provide extremely competitive leasing options to agricultural coops and producers for transportation, agricultural equipment, and facility construction projects (grain bins, processing plants, greenhouses, machine sheds, etc.) in the southeast. My territory includes MO, IL, AR, MS, AL, and LA. Terms vary from three to ten years with flexible residual options and qualify as operating leases/true leases. Typical transaction sizes are from $500k to $5M.I also partner with farm credit associations across the southeast region by providing leasing options that supplement their term loan and line of credit product offerings.

I identified and implemented small business banking solutions to maximize the financial health of companies using a wide range of banking products, including both owner occupied and investment real estate loans, lines of credit or refinances, standard commercial revolving lines of credit, term loans for equipment or vehicle purchases, SBA 7a and 504 loans, equipment leasing and financing, and treasury and wealth management products.

I was introduced to the commercial banking world and helped small business banking customers and prospects acquire commercial real estate financing or revolving lines of credit in the St. Louis Metro area. Standard transaction sizes varied from $100k to $2M.

I worked as a National Account Business Development Manager for a well-positioned small ticket equipment leasing company. I targeted manufacturers and distributors in the upper Midwest capable of $5M annual volume, and successfully displaced competitors with existing lease/finance programs in place while growing existing programs.

I originated, developed, and serviced small ticket leasing programs for manufacturers in a wide array of industries, including medical, industrial, electrical, and communications.I also managed the company's sales force of as many as twenty account executives, and I was heavily involved in credit, documentation, funding, accounting and collection procedures.

Here, I solicited Graybar Electric salespeople, contractors, and interconnects both through telemarketing and travel to originate lease transactions on electrical, data, and communications equipment sold by Graybar Electric. I analyzed, packaged, and determined where to fund larger transactions non-recourse and handled all lease applications from origination through funding.
