Coordinate project activities related to the document procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence. Process final handover pack submission- by checking quality of documents and monitoring processes and compliance. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate field staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
