Monitored Operations- Daily scheduling of vehicles, daily reconciliation of all trucks booked for departments, communication to drivers of problems on the road, daily checks of all jobs, weekly check of goods on floor, investigation of accidents and daily monitoring of Dispatch and Loading • Administration- Daily management of GRV process and processing of invoices • Vehicle Maintenance- Weekly inspection of vehicles, ensuring that vehicle services are booked, general maintenance and repair • Reporting- Weekly update of Truck Operating Efficiency report and Business Unit cost report, preparing monthly report • Supervision- maintaining discipline, managing performance and managing MDT1 team • Customer Liaison- Manage customer requests, queries and complaints, report to customer on problems identified • Compliance- Adhere to quality control procedures and all safety procedures
