I'm a hands on manager that draws my experience from years of experience both in development and infrastructure planning, management and deployment. I have been lucky to work alongside large well known names within the industry and i like to think that i have a good reputation. Able to adopt many different management styles depending on the situation and environment i feel that i am able to motivate my staff, enabling me to get the best from them whilst helping them to achieve their potential, this has shown time after time where i have had the same staff work alongside me on many occasion.My experience is in managing projects, development and infrastructure planning as well as infrastructure maintenance and growth strategies, Continuity planning, disaster recovery and business risk analysis. I would see my career as a continually evolving experience of which you can always learn.
