Engage with Property Management Companies, POA's, HOA's, and the APS team to ensure that the client enjoys a positive experience. Presenting proposals for new business and managing existing accounts daily. Working with contractors and suppliers to meet the clients needs. Weekly property inspections from Georgetown to Sunset Beach. Work with CPO's and Maintenance Group to ensure that as a team we remain DHEC compliant at all properties.

Direct report to CFO of Langenscheidt Publishing Group based out of New York. Directed a 6 member management team in customer service, kitting, distribution, and logistics. Assessed and recommended extensive changes in operational processes, organizational talent which included significant departmental redesigns and transition to new talent with a different skill set to drive business with customer oriented focus. Responsible for the planning, production, fulfillment, and reverse logistics of all orders being distributed from the Duncan SC distribution center. End customers included Barnes and Noble, Borders, Wal-Mart, Sams, Costco, Amazon, Baker Taylor, Ingram, and all web orders.
