As an MSP consultant I managed the new requisitons on the account. I had meetings with theHiring Managers of the client about their requisitions and helped to open these in our VMS system. I organised calls between the suppliers and Managers to introduce the position and help with the questions regarding the open position.I shortlisted the candidates and helped with the interview organisations and sending out the invitations as well.I maintained the relationship with our suppliers. This means we had bi-weekly or monthly callsto discuss their concernes, questions or the open requisitions. Sometimes I did a quick training session to introduce the MSP program to the newly onboarded agencies.Besides I helped to answer invoicing related questions, and helped in the consolidation on our side.

As in my first MSP related job I learned about the process of MSP and the VMS systems. Ihandled the administratonal background, as extensions, Job Posting creations, Work Ordercreations, building trackers and follow up different topics related to our every day tasks.

In my position I was responsible for the summer practices and dual trainings at the company. I was in contact with universities and high schools and the Chambers of Agriculture across the country.I always kept up with the legislative changes. I interviewed the students for the internship programs and I always participated different career days as well where I could share information about the possibilities of the company.I managed the study contracts. This means we could support the colleagues to study and my responsibility was the administrative part.Besides I was responsible for recruiting and selection as well. I organized and conducted the interviews. I helped the future colleagues with the administrative work before the first day in their new position.

In this position my responsibility was to learn the structure and the strategic aims of the company and help effectively my colleagues. During the pandemic and the lock down it was a challenge to learn and get prepared for the position. I started to participate interviews and I could practice the technics and develop my skills as a recruiter.

As a trainee I got to know the organization and the collegues.I helped with the administrative tasks to the collegues and organize their interviews.
