UAW provides residential home care, independent living services, home care, allied health and therapy programs, amongst other services.The role of ANACC Coordinator principally works within a funding model, supervises nursing and other allied health staff and comprises the following:Audit and Support during Assessments - Execute thorough audits and provide essential support to the facility during ANACC assessments, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.· Collaboration with Clinical Teams - Partner with the clinical team to review and oversee ANACC assessments, focusing on strategies to optimize funding.· Facilitate Accurate Assessments and Care Plans - Assist in the precise completion of ANACC assessments and care plans, guaranteeing they accurately reflect the needs of residents.· Conduct in Resident Reviews - Participate in regular resident evaluations alongside the Clinical Manager and care staff, reinforcing the quality of care provided.· Pre-Assessment Quality Checks - Conduct audits and evaluations of assessments prior to external ANACC assessment visits, ensuring all documentation is consistent and accurate· Staff Training and Guidance - Actively mentor and coach team members on ANACC requirements and documentation practices, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
