I worked as a QHSE Manager Tauw Group (locations in 6 EU Countries). I led the QHSE Department and Tenderdesk. I had 17 different certified standards under my management. Periodically I delivered reports to support the strategy work and performance management of the company. I measured and analysed data, spotted trends and managed and responded to ad-hoc requests from the business.I performed Due Diligence audits in the food Industry. I implemented many different guidelines for many different clients in the food Industry.

I worked as a Project Manager for clients who have Due Diligence projects regarding QESH. I had projects in many different countries in Europe and Asia. I worked as a dynamic, energetic Project Manager and worked for Due Diligence Teams in the food Industry. I had projects in the food &beverage Industry, bakeries, and meat- en fish industry. I enjoyed traveling and meeting new people. I gain a wide variety of technical, environmental and quality knowledge in the food industry. I was responsible for managing my projects within budget and time limit. The work was on a fast-paced schedule, working with senior staff and CEO’s. Communication was needed effectively with co-workers, clients and subcontractors.

Quality Manager Netherlands. As quality manager I implemented many different guidelines for many different clients and also for Tauw Netherlands and Tauw International. I was an internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA**, ISO 17025, HACCP, and many different BRL’s. I was also the driving force when it comes to quality of the product and the product processes. Periodically I delivered reports to support the strategy work and performance management of the quality department. I measured and analysed data, spotted trends and managed and responded to ad-hoc requests from the business.

I was a key account manager Industrial cleaning and sanitizing agents and tools for all of the Dairy Industries (>25 locations) in the East of the Netherlands. My activities were selling, consultancy and training. The main activity was consulting the location managers. I also gave many trainings to management and operators about cleaning and sanitizing.

I worked at Cacao de Zaan at the QC laboratory as a quality officer. I performed many different quality controls to check the quality of the cocoa.

I worked as a sales promotor cheese for FrieslandCampina at the cheese farm at Huis Ten Bosch Japan. As a sales promotor I gave daily presentations about the cheese making process to many Japanese, Korean and Chinese people. The presentations I gave were in Japanese and English. Frequently I did interviews for Japanese television and radio stations. I was also lucky that I had the opportunity to give a presentation about cheese to the brother and sister in-law of the Emperor of Japan.
