Before around 18-year experiences on MKT, Channle MKT and sales of FMCG mainly, I become a professional trainer, career coach and consultant ever since 2022. This makes my training and coaching more down to earth with my career experience. I've support individual, groups, organizations, companies to solve critical problems by delivering trainings and coaching. my clients from international companies to domestic companies, from large enterprises to newly established companies in various industries like HABA, food, drink, and etc.Training focus on leadership, communication, coaching leadership, and etc., while coaching on executive-coach, hipo-coach. For individuals, mainly support them to find and link their passion to career, so that to find their success path on career; at the same time, the corporate that gets these trainings for employees, can better stimulate their passion for work so that to increase the working efficiency. I'm also the training for certificating coaches.My 18-year career stared as a trainee of the P&G from 2004 after my post-graduate. After 8 year in P&G working as key account mgr, category management mgr, and innovation project mgr, I went on my career in Mars as shopper MKT mgr and category management director for almost 6 years. After my working experience in international corporates, as the MKT director, I lead to establish MKT & trade MKT department in a newly established energy drink company, and successfully gain 1pts market share within 1 year in the fiercely competitive market. 2 years later, I joined the top 3 diary group to manage the yogurt business around CNY7Bn, and managed to break even within half a year.The reason why I choose to become a training and coach is that, I believe with professional background, I can better support organizations and individuals to achieve their dream goal on career.
