Responsible for leading and developing the company’s Greater China global sales,field sales, loyalty program (Wyndham Rewards) and revenue management teams, executing against the company’s revenue generation strategy and maximizing revenue for the hotels under Wyndham Hotel Group.

In charge of global sales, field sales & marketing and revenue management function for Asia Pacific region

Provide sales & marketing support for InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou clusters.

1. Be responsible for sales & marketing function for the hotel openings and re‐brandings in Greater China Region for all brands. (1) Successfully opened more than 50 hotels covering (2) InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands 2. Oversee and provide functional supports to facilitate smooth openings: (1) conduct sales & marketing induction to the hotel preopening/re‐branding team, oversee the planning and development of promotion strategies and marketing plans, optimize business opportunities through proactive planning (2) Supervise the execution of plans and strategies in hotel team to shorten the Revenue Generation Index (RGI) and Gross Operating Profit (GOP) ramp‐up after openings/rebrandings. 3. Establish opening tools and templates (such as Opening Kits, Sample Box and Road Map) to standardize the openings and rebrandings operation to support the scale growth in Greater China 4. Monitor corporate requirement for brand standard and hallmarks compliance 5. Initiate the clear performance benchmark for successful hotel openings and re‐brandings

1. Be responsible for the company’s daily operations (in marketing, administration and technical aspects) 2. Evaluate new business opportunities to enrich Horwath's hospitality consulting services in Taiwan market 3. Contracted and implemented the in‐house information system projects for Grand Formosa Taichung, Lakeshort Hotel HsinChu and Evergreen Hotel Paris (US$1,000,000 for the IT projects) 4. Coordinate with MIS team for after‐sales project installation 5. Initiated, planned and executed Horwath management company spin‐off (the hotel management division became an independent consulting company in Feb 1999) and prepared new company business plans
