Through the company, I have been allotted one school where I am required to make and teach lessons to junior and senior high school students.

As teacher with Grolen, I am sent to various companies to teach their staff members business English. The lessons include giving presentations, having debates, and being able to talk about your company to possible clients.I also have the extra job of proofreading student homework.

I am currently teaching one student every two weeks to improve his English skills in the work place. I design all the materials for him to directly benefit his needs.

Teaching at my regular high school and substituting at others when needed, I am in charge of teaching the conversation classes and making English fun. At my high school I teach classes of 40 alongside my Japanese teacher either as an assistant or as the teacher of the full 50 minute class. I also lead the English Speaking Society (ESS) with English games and conversation exercises after school. I have had experience teaching at high school, junior high school, elementary school, and special needs school. I have also had the opportunity to judge a JHS speech contest over the summer (2017)

I work for one of the largest English conversation schools in Japan. I am based in Chiba prefecture and I teach 9 hours a day, five days a week. My responsibilities include:-teaching 5-7 lessons a day-making and handing out flyers at the station or posting in the surrounding area-regular lobby talk with my students-helping to sell self study materials to the students and organize regular check tests with them-giving interviews or trial lessons to prospective studentsI teach from age 2 to age 80 years old. I have to be flexible in every class to fit the students needs. I teach Aeon set textbooks ranging from adult beginner to intermediate, and baby to Junior High School students.

I received a 2:1 BA in Classical Studies.Final year courses: Understanding Pompeii and Herculaneum, Religion in the Greek world, Culture and Identity from Nero to Hadrian.
