Maintain employee records manually or in our HR system3 Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget#Admin1 Manage general admin, coordinate with IT and internal accountant to manage the fixed assets.2 Organize the company activity, such as outing, annual party, and Leadership team conference for 7 entities of Heineken in China. 3 Work with global mobility which in the Netherlands and Singapore closely, support relocation process for high-level new expats; facilitate secondment and rotation program processes for short-term assignee. Support on visa or immigration-related processes, Ensure visa-related applications are completed accurately.4 Calculate and process the local income and off-shore payment for the expats, work with tax team and local bank to complete the salary remittance under China exchange control system.
