Katherine Moore is the owner ad director of The HIdden Yoga Studio in Niwot, CO and Sadhana West Yoga Immersion and Teacher Trainings.

A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and The Juilliard School, Kitty has been a full time yoga teacher for 20 years. She is the former director of the Connecticut Yoga Center and Sadhana West Yoga studio. She has several Form-based certifications including two 200 hour certifications with Patty Townsend (The Center For Yoga, Amhearst) and Kim Valeri (YOGASpirit Studios), and has finished the 500hr YTT program in Para Yoga with her teacher of the last 13 years, Rod Stryker, who initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2004. Among the many other wonderful teachers she has studied with are Alan Finger, Manorama, Judith Lasater, Lex Gilliam, Rolf Gates and Pandit Rajmani Tigunait.Kitty and her husband Steven Wolk opened Sadhana West Yoga in Niwot, CO in 2006 and ran it in that location for 6 years. Kitty is currently the owner and director of The Hidden Yoga Studio in Niwot, Co and runs the Sadhana West Teacher Training program from that facility. She is a member of The International Association of Yoga Therapists and has been working with physicians and mental health professionals to help facilitate healing for many students over the last 20 years. Kitty teaches a variety of classes as well as private lessons. She practices and teaches Yoga as a science of self-realization that leads to a joyous life and ultimate freedom.
