In my current role, I assist with case management, coordinate between clients and underwriters, and handle the administrative tasks necessary to support daily operations.Although I’ve been in this role for a short time, I’ve already developed a solid understanding of policy administration, client service, and insurance processes. I’m eager to continue learning and have a real interest in making sure clients get the protection they need.
