When i started my career as a Staff Nurse in 2011, it was challenging and daunting because of the huge responsibilities we carry in our day to day activities. A small mistake could cause irreversible outcome for patients. As a result, i have gained an eye for detail and thorough in the course of my daily workThroughout the course of career as a Nurse at SGH, i find joy the most in seeing the patients smile. My main role is to take care of my patient's needs and nursing them back to their pink of health. On the other hand, i feel that the true value of my job comes only when i am able to connect with my patients on a confidant level, listening to their concerns and seeing them smile.
