Coming from a mortgage background, I understand all the intricacies of a real estate transaction, allowing me to be proactive and problem-solve on my clients’ behalf. Research helps my buyers and sellers make smart decisions. I research the market daily so my clients are educated about the ever-changing real estate industry. I have built my business around technology which is a big benefit for my clients. Using innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers for the properties I have listed and keeping potential buyers up-to-the-minute information about the buying process and opportunities are two key priorities of mine. I am consistently ranked top in the industry in terms of production. I was named REALTOR® of the Year three times by Kittitas County Association of REALTORS® and was the 2016 Washington REALTOR® of the year. I served as the 2020 President of the Washington Association of REALTOR®️. I am the 2022 Chair of the NAR Broker Engagement Committee and I am a director for the National Association of Realtors.Kittitas County is such a wonderful community to be a part of. I have served on several boards throughout the community and my passion is making a difference every day. I was the President of the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce in 2013 and have served on the board of directors and the executive committee of Hope Source, a non-profit organization that helps with affordable housing, transitional housing and ER Shelter. My free time is spent with my family, enjoying the outdoors.
