Immediately fixed budget management framework, executive level budget reporting & partnered with Project teams to identify & drive cost mitigation savings.

Head of Risk Management for Asia’s leading Pharmaceutical Distributor & Healthcare services provider spanning 13 Asian countries with total revenues of US$13 billion. Initiated, led & implemented: i) US$1 billion Credit Risk Management program involving Alternative Risk Transfer strategies & partnering with Finance & Credit teams on Credit policies & Controls; ii) Business Continuity Planning (applying ISO22301) through partnership with Operations leaders; iii) Property Risk Management Framework & Systems by forging strategic partnership with FM Global, global expert in property loss prevention; iv) US$20 million Captive Insurance vehicle including design of risk retention strategies & risk management programs; v) Anti Bribery & Corruption framework through partnership with Red Flag Group, set up of Code of Conduct & Anti Bribery policies; vi) SAP integrated Internal Control systems through risk based internal audits by Internal Audit teams, Internal Corporate Policies & Procedures. In 2014, promoted to new CEO’s strategy team to define 5 year Strategy & Turnaround plan together with Annual Operating Plan & Budget.
