We rely on importers but we also develop the direct purchasing with big chains.Part 2: MarketingIn order to recruit new clients and maintain existing business relations, I coordinate with Italian marketing team to organize the Exhibition, cooking show, VIP customer visit to Italy HQ and, communicate for the roll out of new product launches etc..Part 3: CommunicationIn order to improve customer satisfaction, I work closely with Granarolo Group departments (Marketing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Back Office)in Italy, even though there is time different and huge culture diversity that can make the situation more complex and critical but, I improve my communication skill a lot through the experience here.
