Current1. Develop and implement an effective HR strategy for the Big Fiat team. This may include staff development, performance management, talent acquisition, etc.2. Work with team leaders to understand their business goals and provide human resource-based solutions to meet those goals.3. Drive employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation and feedback.4. Assist in managing changes to ensure employee satisfaction and commitment.5. Regularly review and improve employee benefits and compensation plans from the perspective of employee satisfaction.6. Provide one-on-one counseling and support services to deal with individual employee issues or disputes.
