Pacific Complex Marketing Manager
CurrentThe Pacific Complex merges four premiere organizations within Equitable Advisors: Southern California, Northern California/Hawaii, Pacific NW, and Southwest. With a committed team of over 700 members, it serves a significant 224,000 households.• Partners with Enterprise Marketing team to create, collaborate and consult on 360 degree marketing initiatives designed to coach advisors with client acquisition and retention• Works in partnership with Enterprise Marketing and Complex management team to develop a marketing plan that aligns Enterprise and Complex-led marketing programs to strategically support financial professionals for client retention and acquisition• Responsible for creation and execution of Complex marketing communications plan that promotes marketing tools, resources, and content to advisors• Through a tiered support model, collaborate with advisors on client segmentation and the creation of their marketing plans inclusive of branding, online optimization, email marketing (EDM) and social media • Review and train on KPI's to provide advisors with actionable insights to optimize their operations and achieve their objectives effectively• National Training -First chosen, out of the eight complex marketing leads, to present in national training the creative integrated marketing campaign strategies developed and launched within the Pacific Complex quarterly trainings• Serve as key contact for defining the value and strategic use of marketing tools and resources• Coordinates all Complex-level marketing events including tracking and follow up• Provide white glove service while onboarding high net worth financial advisors, producer groups and their teams • Co-manage branch social media team• Drive the creation or refinement of processes while adeptly collaborating across diverse teams, projects, and priorities on the branch, complex and enterprise level• Champion the brand identity, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all consumer touchpoints
