-Performed over 2000 usability tests and accessibility audits with 27 custom user-based experiences in 19 unique, user-level foreign languages, leading 95.4% of LA County voters to rate using the VSAP Ballot Marking Device as “very easy to use” or “somewhat easy to use”. -Leveraged a data-driven strategy that emphasized the needs of voters with disabilities and limited English proficiency to cast a ballot, resulting in a 73.8% turnout of registered voters in Los Angeles County on VSAP’s launch election.
