• Assay development of immuno-qPCR add-on product: to develop a generic add-on chemical-conjugated oligonucleotides to lower the detection limits of secreted proteins from multi-cell type organoids such as hepatocytes-Hepatic Stellate cell-Kupffer-Liver Sinusoidal endothelial cell organoids to be used in conjunction with commercially available ELISA products.• In vitro cell-based assay development for characterization of human induced pluripotent stem cell iPSC-derived stem cell products.• Design and validate biomarkers of iPSC-derived cells sold by Tempo Bioscience, such as brain microvascular endothelial cells (BMEC), astrocytes, neurons, microglia, monocytes, macrophages, megakaryocytes, hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes, kidney cells etc. Techniques involved: gene expression by PCR, flow cytometry, fluorescent marker uptake, fluorescence microscopy, CYP functional protein activities in iHepatocytes.• Characterized blood brain barrier (BBB) model using iBMECs with known compound penetration and inhibitors for barrier functions and in vitro drug pharmacological assays such as various formats of antibodies.• Assay development of 3D 4-cell type hepatic organoid MASH model: inflammation by ELISAs.• Design for genotype DNA sequencing of custom patient-derived stem cell projects.• Design multiple gene primers and sequencing analysis of ALS patient DNA samples.• Provide cost estimation, assay grids, and R&D technical support including assay designs for custom-made client projects. For example, suggestion of using trogocytosis assay in 3D cancer organoid + iPSC-derived immune cell + lead cancer biologics drug.• Backup cell maintenance and cell banking.
