After leading the design department for multiple years, I moved into a position where I worked on a number of cross functional projects acting as a liaison between development and the rest of the company. While in this position, I was project lead on a team to perform a deep dive on the Potbelly brand and possible evolution of the design. Other projects.

After working with Bryant Keil as a client at Aria Group, I came on board with Potbelly at store 9 and helped grow the company to over 200 stores. Working closely with Real Estate and Construction, we set up the Development processes for future growth. In this position, I worked on site selection, lease reviews, work letter negotiation, construction.

Clients included Arbor Drugs Stores, Natron Corp. (Taco Bell Franchisee) and Papa Romano's Pizza among others. Duties included designing retail strip centers including parking layouts, presentations to various city councils, creating CD's and limited Construction Administration.

Designed Coffee Beanery, Ltd. locations primarily on the East Coast and Midwest. Duties included designing storefronts and layouts, preparing material boards and presentation drawings for LL approval, and construction drawings including millwork and MEP calculations.
